Review and confirmation of your single-use plastic notifications
Compliance with the Single-Use Plastics Act requires companies to report their single-use plastic products annually by 15 May. This includes a detailed breakdown by type, mass and kilogramme, which must be submitted for the first time for the year 2024 and must be submitted to the DIVID register by 15 May 2025 at the latest. These declarations are decisive for the calculation of the special levy.
